Overview
Deliver quality customer service while maintaining a clean safe stocked store as a Customer Service Associate/Loader. Assist loading merchandise into vehicles and replenish shelves for upcoming customers. Safety is critical due to frequent lifting and moving of merchandise throughout the shift.
What You'll Do8
- 1Be friendly professional and engage customers to answer questions
- 2Retrieve load and replenish merchandise
- 3Help customers and staff move merchandise safely
- 4Assist customers by loading merchandise into their vehicles
- 5Replenish shelves for the next customers
- 6Travel occasionally to meetings trainings or neighboring stores
- 7Perform zone recovery stocking down stocking facing fronting product pricing maintaining signage and housekeeping
- 8Inspect carry load and unload product or material in or out of vehicles
Requirements8
- 1Minimum qualifications 6 months experience using a computer including inputting accessing modifying or outputting information
- 2Minimum qualifications 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
- 3Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
- 4Preferred qualifications 6 months retail experience
- 5Preferred qualifications 6 months experience as a Loader at any home improvement or hardware retailer
- 6Preferred qualifications 6 months experience working in any department at a Lowe's retail store
- 7Preferred qualifications 6 months retail merchandising experience including performing zone recovery stocking down stocking facing fronting product pricing maintaining signage and housekeeping
- 8Preferred qualifications 6 months experience in any industry inspecting carrying loading and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
