What You'll Do13
- 1Lead, hire, train, and support staff to meet performance and service goals
- 2Ensure daily operations meet or exceed company standards and customer expectations
- 3Manage scheduling attendance and payroll processes
- 4Oversee cash handling and daily bank deposits
- 5Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- 6Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- 7Manage vendor contracts and ensure compliance documentation
- 8Ensure equipment and facility maintenance including safety protocols
- 9Address staff and customer concerns professionally
- 10Foster positive employee relations
- 11Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure process compliance
- 12Travel occasionally to other locations and respond to facility alarms
- 13Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements13
- 1Minimum of three years in operations management or related field
- 2High School Diploma required GED preferred
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 4Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 5Ability to recruit train develop and motivate staff
- 6Strong customer service skills
- 7Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- 8Fluency in English mandatory bilingual proficiency a plus
- 9Basic accounting and inventory management skills
- 10Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- 11Experience managing multiple processes for employees
- 12Conflict resolution proficiency
- 13Valid transportation essential
