What You'll Do9
- 1Manage medical records, discovery, and document production for personal injury cases.
- 2Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses under attorney supervision.
- 3Coordinate with clients, experts, and court personnel to advance case timelines.
- 4Prepare trial exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders for court proceedings.
- 5Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the legal team.
- 6Assist attorneys with depositions, mediations, and hearings, including scheduling and logistics.
- 7Communicate with clients to gather information and provide case status updates.
- 8Conduct legal research using Westlaw and other tools to support case strategy.
- 9Monitor deadlines and calendar events to ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.
Requirements6
- 11-2 years of litigation paralegal experience, with plaintiff personal injury preferred.
- 2Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and case management.
- 3Experience managing medical records, discovery, and document production.
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 5Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and work independently.
- 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software.
