  • 3Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements with precision, cutting review time by preparing clean first drafts
  • 4Manage digital case files in iManage and PCLaw, keeping every document tagged and accessible for the team
  • 5Coordinate expert witness interviews and medical chronologies, distilling complex records into clear summaries
  • 6Track court deadlines and filing requirements, keeping every matter compliant with local procedures
  • 7Support trial prep by organizing exhibits, preparing witness outlines, and drafting jury instructions

Requirements8

  • 13+ years as a litigation paralegal in personal injury law, with hands-on case handling from intake to resolution
  • 23+ years using Westlaw and LexisNexis for legal research, including medical and expert sources
  • 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for drafting, calendaring, and data management
  • 4Experience with iManage and PCLaw for document management and billing, preferred but not required
  • 5Strong grasp of civil procedure, including discovery rules and motion practice for state courts
