What You'll Do7
- 1Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents including pleadings motions and discovery materials
- 2Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- 3Manage case files ensuring documentation is complete and organized

- 5Assist in trial preparation including exhibit and witness list creation
- 6Draft and file legal documents with the court
- 7Support case management coordinating schedules for court appearances and depositions
Requirements5
- 1Minimum 1+ years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury litigation
- 2Strong knowledge of personal injury law plaintiff litigation procedures
- 3Proficiency in legal research and writing
- 4Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
