This role offers 40 hours weekly, 18% gratuity share, and a clear path to Sous Chef within 12 months. Unlike typical line cook gigs, you'll rotate through pasta, grill, and pizza stations, building cross-functional skills from day one.
What You'll Do9
- 1Prep ingredients for dinner service, including fresh pasta, sauces, and mise en place for the wood-fired oven, ensuring 2-hour turnover.
- 2Execute Neapolitan-style pizzas in 90 seconds at 900°F, using 00 flour dough and San Marzano tomatoes.
- 3Grill proteins to HACCP standards, hitting internal temps within 2°F accuracy on RATIONAL ovens.
- 4Plate dishes following Chef Marcus' recipes, maintaining photo-perfect consistency across 10 menu items.
- 5Communicate order tickets clearly with 2 expediters during peak Friday service, holding 5-minute pickups.
- 6Clean and sanitize your station under ServSafe guidelines, passing daily health inspections with 100% score.
- 7Inventory walk-in supplies each Sunday, tag and rotate deliveries to reduce spoilage by 10%.

Requirements7
