What You'll Do7
- 1Maintains supervision for assigned persons based on individual support plans
- 2Supervises instruction and provides guidance aligned with resident goals
- 3Coordinates transportation and manages vehicle operations
- 4Prepares for emergencies and performs CPR first aid as needed
- 5Completes required documentation and maintains medical records
- 6Assists with interdisciplinary team processes and incident reporting
- 7Ensures program site compliance with safety and licensing standards
Requirements6
- 1One year experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- 2Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- 3Strong problem-solving skills
- 4Current driver's license with two years US driving experience
- 5Valid CPR certification
- 6Commitment to supporting diverse individuals and families
