What You'll Do7

  • 1Maintains supervision for assigned persons based on individual support plans
  • 2Supervises instruction and provides guidance aligned with resident goals
  • 3Coordinates transportation and manages vehicle operations
  • 4Prepares for emergencies and performs CPR first aid as needed
  • 5Completes required documentation and maintains medical records
  • 6Assists with interdisciplinary team processes and incident reporting
  • 7Ensures program site compliance with safety and licensing standards

Requirements6

  • 1One year experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities
  • 2Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • 3Strong problem-solving skills
  • 4Current driver's license with two years US driving experience
  • 5Valid CPR certification
  • 6Commitment to supporting diverse individuals and families
