What You'll Do11

- 10Maintain good judgment and patience in all interactions

Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Valid New Jersey driver's license with clean record
- 3Minimum 18 years of age
- 4Pass drug testing and criminal background checks
- 5Experience working with developmental disabilities
- 6Ability to train individuals in public environments
- 7Strong organizational and time management skills
- 8Proven ability to work flexible schedules
- 9Demonstrated patience and crisis response capabilities
