Overview

What You'll Do5
- 1Serve as the primary contact for members needing medication support or patient assistance.
- 2Coordinate with prescribers, pharmacies, and patient assistance programs to obtain medication approvals and support timely fulfillment.
- 3Manage inbound and outbound communications while maintaining program and patient privacy standards.
- 4Track and document member interactions, follow up on open requests, and drive issues through resolution.
- 5Collaborate with internal teams to improve medication access outcomes and deliver high-quality member service.
Requirements5
- 11+ years of call center experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or member support.
- 2Active Pharmacy Technician License or Certification valid in at least one state.
- 3Familiarity with prescription benefit programs and patient assistance processes.
- 4Strong communication, customer service, organization, and attention to detail.
- 5Ability to resolve issues efficiently and deliver patient-centered solutions in a fast-paced environment.
