What You'll Do5

  • 1Serve as the primary contact for members needing medication support or patient assistance.
  • 2Coordinate with prescribers, pharmacies, and patient assistance programs to obtain medication approvals and support timely fulfillment.
  • 3Manage inbound and outbound communications while maintaining program and patient privacy standards.
  • 4Track and document member interactions, follow up on open requests, and drive issues through resolution.
  • 5Collaborate with internal teams to improve medication access outcomes and deliver high-quality member service.

Requirements5

  • 11+ years of call center experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or member support.
  • 2Active Pharmacy Technician License or Certification valid in at least one state.
  • 3Familiarity with prescription benefit programs and patient assistance processes.
  • 4Strong communication, customer service, organization, and attention to detail.
  • 5Ability to resolve issues efficiently and deliver patient-centered solutions in a fast-paced environment.
