Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Skilled Nursing
Overview
You will own all aspects of the Senior Suites community in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, driving daily operations, resident care outcomes, and financial performance. As the Administrator with a Current Nursing Home Administrators License, you will lead department heads and manage a facility with a 4 or 5 star rating. You will report to regional leadership and collaborate with clinical and business teams to maintain census and quality standards. This role offers 100% employer-paid medical insurance and 15 days of PTO after 90 days.
What You'll Do8
- 1Implement and interpret policies, rules, and regulations affecting all community activities and personnel.
- 2Direct department head teams to ensure proper implementation of community policies and objectives.
- 3Build and maintain occupancy while owning financial outcomes for the facility.
- 4Supervise and operate a program of maintenance and protection for all physical assets of the community.
- 5Build relationships inside and outside the facility to enhance the community's reputation.
- 6Ensure all residents receive exceptional care and outcomes daily.
- 7Conduct regular team meetings to align on quality metrics and operational goals.
- 8Respond to resident and family concerns with professional judgment and empathy.
Requirements6
- 1Current Nursing Home Administrators License.
- 22-5 years managing a skilled nursing facility.
- 3Concise and accurate verbal and written communication skills.
- 4Capable of making mature, professional judgments.
- 5Experience in building or working for a facility with 4 or 5 stars rating.
- 6Willingness to relocate to the Tulsa area.
