What You'll Do9
- 1Provide overall leadership and management of the skilled nursing facility
- 2Ensure compliance with CMS state and federal regulations as well as corporate policies
- 3Oversee delivery of quality resident care in collaboration with nursing therapy dietary and social services
- 4Manage facility budget financial performance and census growth
- 5Lead mentor and evaluate department heads and staff to promote accountability and excellence
- 6Support admissions and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals
- 7Maintain effective communication with residents families and community partners
- 8Oversee recruitment onboarding and retention of staff
- 9Collaborate with Corporate and Regional leadership on strategic planning quality improvement and operational initiatives
Requirements10
- 1Current active Nursing Home Administrator license in Ohio
- 2Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration Business or related field
- 33-5 years of progressive leadership experience in long-term care
- 4Master's degree preferred in Healthcare or Business Administration
- 5Experience with multi-facility or large skilled nursing operations
- 6Proven success in survey management and census growth
- 7Ability to walk stand and interact with residents and staff frequently
- 8Frequent travel for meetings training and corporate initiatives
- 9Work in a 24/7 healthcare environment flexible for evenings weekends and emergencies
