Licensed Esthetician, Skincare & Dermaplaning
Overview
You will own client skincare journeys at Hi, skin, a Houston studio delivering personalized treatments at scale. You will build a loyal client base through consultations, dermaplaning, and tailored product recommendations. You will work under the Studio Manager with a supportive team that values growth and rewards client satisfaction. This role offers $18+/hour plus tips, commission, and a bonus structure, with full-time and part-time schedules. Training classes start August 31st or September 7th.
What You'll Do6
- 1Conduct consultations to assess client skincare needs and recommend treatments.
- 2Perform dermaplaning and other advanced esthetic services to deliver visible results.
- 3Educate clients on maintenance routines and product use, building trust and loyalty.
- 4Stay current on Hi, skin services and products to enhance client care.
- 5Maintain punctuality and studio cleanliness, upholding brand standards.
- 6Drive repeat appointments and meet monthly revenue goals through client retention.
Requirements6
- 1Active Texas Esthetician License (required).
- 2Proven experience in a spa or studio setting with a history of client satisfaction.
- 3Required experience in dermaplaning.
- 4High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5Available to work Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30a-6:30p, plus weekdays as scheduled.
- 6Preferred experience with microneedling (indicate device if applicable).
