Overview
Own the client experience at FACE FOUNDRIÉ's Dallas studio, performing 40-minute facials, brow lamination, lash lifts, and lash extensions while hitting store sales goals. You'll hold an active Esthetics License or Cosmetology License and maintain State Board compliance in a high-energy, growth-focused environment. Collaborate closely with the salon manager and team to keep supplies stocked and standards high. What You'll Do9
- 1Deliver 40-minute facials, brow lamination, lash lifts, and lash extensions to 5-10 guests daily.
- 2Explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ retail products to meet personal and store sales goals.
- 3Provide service recommendations and rebook clients to build a loyal repeat base.
- 4Follow sanitation and hygiene protocols before, during, and after every service to ensure State Board compliance.
- 5Partner with the salon manager to track and order supplies, preventing out-of-stock situations.
- 6Assist with in-store operations, including opening/closing duties and maintaining store standards.
- 7Accurately clock in and out using company time keeping procedures and attend mandatory training sessions.
- 8Build strong client relationships through attentive listening and personalized service.
- 9Support team members during peak hours to keep the studio running smoothly.
Requirements8
- 118+ years old with an active Esthetics License or Cosmetology License.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 31+ years of hands-on experience performing facials, eyebrow waxing, and tinting.
- 41+ years of experience in eyelash extension application (preferred).
- 5Ability to work nights and weekends, with full-time or part-time availability.
- 6Proven communication skills to explain treatments and retail recommendations.
- 7Self-directed yet collaborative, able to work solo and as part of a team.
- 8Customer-focused mindset with a track record of building lasting client relationships.
