You will own the client experience at Heyday Skincare's San Tan studio, delivering 50-minute customized facials and building a loyal clientele through education and results. You will join a team of estheticians and support staff committed to modern skincare standards, with access to training on Laser and advanced techniques. This role offers the autonomy to grow a personal book while contributing to studio initiatives, with performance-based growth pathways into senior or lead positions. What You'll Do10
- 1Deliver 50-minute personalized facials aligned with Heyday protocols and standards.
- 2Build and maintain client relationships through education, results, and a warm, professional touch.
- 3Grow your clientele through rebooking, retention, client outreach, referrals, and studio marketing initiatives.
- 4Recommend products, enhancements, and routines that support each client's skin goals.
- 5Work toward studio performance goals, including memberships, retail, and enhancement sales.
- 6Create a memorable client experience that encourages loyalty and word-of-mouth referrals.
- 7Contribute creative ideas to drive traffic, engagement, and new client acquisition.
- 8Participate in ongoing training on products, enhancements, laser, and advanced techniques.
- 9Support studio events, promotions, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
- 10Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting treatment environment while collaborating with the team.
Requirements8
- 1Valid esthetics license with 2+ years hands-on experience.
- 2Full weekend availability.
- 3Passion for skin health, education, and building genuine client relationships.
