Overview
You will own the full skincare client experience at a busy Plano spa, from consultation to treatment and aftercare. Perform HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, and acne treatment on a diverse client base. Work alongside a supportive team of massage therapists and estheticians. This role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to build client loyalty through personalized care.
What You'll Do7
- 1Design and implement a tailored skincare regimen for each client, adjusting based on skin analysis and feedback.
- 2Perform HydraFacial treatments, ensuring proper technique and client comfort throughout the session.
- 3Deliver microdermabrasion treatments, targeting specific skin concerns like texture and dullness.
- 4Administer acne treatment protocols, including extractions and product recommendations.
- 5Maintain a clean and orderly treatment room, sanitizing all equipment and surfaces between clients.
- 6Explain aftercare routines and product usage to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- 7Track client preferences and skin history to personalize future visits and boost loyalty.
Requirements7
- 1Valid esthetician license in Texas, with CPC Card or state-specific certification.
- 21-2 years of hands-on experience performing facials and skin treatments.
- 3Proficiency with HydraFacial machine and microdermabrasion devices.
- 4Knowledge of acne treatment techniques and product lines.
- 5Strong communication skills to explain skincare plans and build client rapport.
- 6Ability to work 15-25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
- 7Commitment to maintaining a hygienic and welcoming spa environment.
