Overview
You will perform customized skin care treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, peels, and waxing, while building a loyal clientele in a high-volume spa. Working under the Esthetician License, you will collaborate with a supportive team of skin care professionals. You will also educate clients on proper skin care, driving product sales and service retention. This role offers flexible scheduling and professional development opportunities.
What You'll Do8
- 1Perform customized skin care treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, peels, and waxing
- 2Meet service and product sales quotas, tracking monthly performance
- 3Educate clients on the benefits of proper skin care treatment protocols and product use
- 4Recommend tailored skin care services and products to meet each client's needs
- 5Complete required and ongoing training requirements within a set time frame
- 6Expand skin care skills through continuous learning and feedback
- 7Maintain a professional and clean work environment
- 8Assist team members when needed and respect client confidentiality
Requirements8
- 1Esthetician License (Required) or Cosmetology License (Required)
- 21 year experience in dermabrasion (Preferred)
- 31 year experience in body waxing (Preferred)
- 41 year experience in facial services (Preferred)
- 5Reliable transportation
- 6Ability to work nights and weekends with schedule flexibility
- 7Strong product and ingredient knowledge
- 8Compassionate, customer-centered, and goal-oriented
