What You'll Do8
- 1Serve as primary attorney for new sales transactions drafting and negotiating software license agreements consulting agreements SaaS agreements and other commercial contracts
- 2Lead Biz Ops calls collaborating with Sales Services Finance Marketing and Partner teams providing accurate legal advice
- 3Act as lead attorney for legal operations improving legal processes and developing standard contract terms
- 4Provide primary legal support for corporate governance audits tax treasury HR employment disputes and real estate matters
- 5Collaborate with the legal team sharing knowledge contributing to newsletters and training
- 6Support global legal projects coordinating with outside counsel as needed
- 7Stay current with regulatory changes maintaining deep industry knowledge
- 8Perform other tasks as assigned or delegated by the General Counsel
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
- 3Minimum of 3 years commercial transactional experience at a law firm or in-house legal department
- 4Licensed and in good standing to practice law in one or more states
- 5Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- 6Strong attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- 7Ability to work independently demonstrating sound judgment in ambiguous situations
- 8Interpersonal written and oral communication skills
- 9Interest in being a legal generalist
- 10Roll-up your sleeves attitude no project too big or small
