What You'll Do7
- 1Support M&A transactions and joint ventures including due diligence and deal documentation
- 2Review draft and negotiate commercial agreements such as vendor supplier marketing advertising and IT contracts
- 3Assist with procurement compliance and human capital management
- 4Draft and negotiate real estate agreements across the brand portfolio
- 5Advise business teams on operations initiatives and risk across multiple brands
- 6Manage and improve contract lifecycle processes and templates
- 7Work cross-functionally with legal and business units to provide practical legal guidance
Requirements7
- 1JD degree and active license to practice law
- 23+ years of relevant legal experience including M&A commercial contracting and real estate
- 3Experience in intellectual property data privacy marketing advertising or litigation
- 4Prior in-house experience especially at a public company or law firm
- 5Ability to leverage artificial intelligence in daily work
- 6Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- 7Capacity to work independently and collaborate across all organization levels
