What You'll Do8
- 1Serve as legal lead on ABS transactions debt and structured debt deals
- 2Draft review and negotiate transaction documents credit facilities and third party contracts
- 3Support IPO readiness projects meeting SEC reporting obligations
- 4Manage outside counsel providing cost effective advice
- 5Track legal market developments flag issues early
- 6Support corporate governance board meetings and resolutions
- 7Own legal strategy for capital markets and finance matters
- 8Scale processes to meet evolving regulatory requirements
Requirements8
- 1JD from accredited law school active membership in US bar
- 25+ years building ETL pipelines using Spark Airflow
- 3Experience supporting SEC reporting obligations 10-K 10-Q 8-K proxy statements
- 4Proven track record drafting complex corporate agreements
- 5Expertise in structured finance beyond ABS warehouse lending facilities whole loan sales forward flow arrangements
- 6Familiarity with consumer financial products and regulations
- 7In-house experience at late stage private company investor relations pre IPO readiness
- 8Remote work capability with periodic travel required
