What You'll Do5
- 1Own complex transactions across commercial product and business domains
- 2Design and implement legal frameworks templates and playbooks from inception
- 3Partner with cross-functional teams including Partnerships Go-to-Market Product Counsel and Compliance
- 4Negotiate and draft strategic agreements while maintaining regulatory adherence
- 5Drive legal operations optimization through process improvements and automation initiatives
Requirements5
- 17+ years of post-JD transactional experience with proven deal leadership capabilities
- 2Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building across organizational levels
- 3Active membership in a US state bar association
- 4JD from accredited law school with deep understanding of fintech payment regulations
- 5Experience in similar regulatory environments preferred

$250 - $320k per year
