What You'll Do7
- 1Draft review and negotiate commercial agreements such as licensing collaboration development partnership technology transfer SaaS cloud services and other technology contracts
- 2Advise emerging companies venture capital businesses and technology firms on IP and commercial transaction matters
- 3Counsel clients on technology strategy product development commercialization and market positioning
- 4Support corporate partnerships strategic alliances and licensing across life sciences and technology sectors
- 5Advise on IP and technology issues in M&A venture capital financing public offerings and other corporate transactions
- 6Conduct legal research on emerging technologies including AI fintech autonomous vehicles edtech renewable energy cybersecurity AR VR biotechnology and digital health
- 7Collaborate with corporate intellectual property and venture capital attorneys on sophisticated transactional matters
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 22–4 years experience in intellectual property and technology transactions
- 3J.D. from an accredited law school
- 4Active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the attorney will practice
- 5Strong interest in supporting M&A venture capital financings and emerging growth companies
- 6Excellent legal research drafting analytical and negotiation skills
- 7Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- 8Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast‑paced collaborative environment
- 9Interest in advising innovative companies operating in cutting‑edge technology and life sciences industries
