Overview

Notary Public required to notarize documents and support Stellantis dealership realty team with transaction coordination at scale. You will draft, review, and obtain approvals for real estate documents and manage record keeping across environmental and contract approvals. Work with leadership, agents, and counsel to move deals forward.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Lead the drafting, review, and approval of real estate documents and exhibits.
  • 2Coordinate and track environmental and real estate contract approval flow to ensure timely closings.
  • 3Maintain comprehensive document libraries and record retention databases.
  • 4Gather and organize documentation, requests for payment, and notary services.
  • 5Support internal and external stakeholders through the transactional lifecycle and provide solutions to obstacles.
  • 6Prepare purchase and sale contracts, leases, options, and related agreements for review and signature.
  • 7Present materials and findings clearly to senior leadership and counsel.
  • 8Manage multiple real estate transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • 9Support financial requests and reporting related to real estate transactions.

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's degree
  • 2Notary Public in good standing or able to become one for notarizing documents
  • 32+ years as a real estate paralegal, administrator, or similar role in a law firm or real estate company
  • 4Strong understanding of real estate processes and related legal documentation
  • 5Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills
  • 6Resourceful, forward-thinking, and able to manage time effectively
  • 7Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills
  • 8Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Sheets, Word, Docs)
  • 9Paralegal Certificate and active Notary Public preferred
  • 10Stable employment history with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
