What You'll Do7

  • 1Build and organize client files for each transaction from opening to closing.
  • 2Coordinate title and survey matters, including ordering and reviewing title searches.
  • 3Prepare closing and conveyance documents, including deeds and transfer tax affidavits.
  • 4Review due diligence materials for accuracy and completeness.
  • 5Handle recording documents and Secretary of State filings.
  • 6Assist with settlement statements, prorations, and closing logistics.
  • 7Manage multiple clients and tailor processes to each transaction.

Requirements5

  • 12+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience, specifically title and survey.
  • 2Paralegal certificate or BA/AA degree, but experience is most important.
  • 3Demonstrate strong organizational and writing skills.
  • 4Work onsite in North Wilmington, DE.
