We seek an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support a busy transactional practice in Seattle. The ideal candidate will manage multiple commercial real estate financing transactions from due diligence through closing. This role involves drafting loan documents coordinating closings organizing due diligence materials and assisting attorneys with administrative projects. What You'll Do11
- 1Draft revise and maintain loan and financing documents for commercial real estate transactions
- 2Conduct litigation bankruptcy and UCC due diligence searches
- 3Prepare file and manage UCC financing statements and related filings
- 4Coordinate transaction closings including preparation of closing documents and binders
- 5Review organize and maintain due diligence materials and transaction files
- 6Ensure executed documents are properly collected organized and distributed after closing
- 7Track deadlines and assist with transaction management throughout the lifecycle
- 8Support attorneys with additional transactional and administrative projects
- 9Maintain strong document drafting proofreading and organizational skills
- 10Work independently prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple matters simultaneously
- 11Handle occasional overtime in a deadline driven environment
Requirements5
- 1Prior experience supporting high volume transactional real estate finance practices
- 2Proficiency reviewing title reports surveys and other real estate due diligence materials
- 3Advanced document drafting proofreading and organizational abilities
- 4Experience with document management systems preferred
- 5Excellent project management communication and time management skills
