- 6Proactively contact residents for lease renewals and community events
- 7Monitor property landscape for safety and aesthetic compliance
- 8Resolve maintenance requests and address resident concerns
- 9Communicate value propositions to secure long-term tenancies
- 10Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks
- 11Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience in leasing or sales roles
- 21-3 years familiarity with RealPage OneSite
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Knowledge of multi-family housing regulations
- 5Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- 6Excellent communication skills across verbal written platforms
- 7Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- 8Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional discretion
- 9Experience with federal and state fair housing laws
