What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents to exceed expectations and nurture satisfaction
- 2Guide prospects through the leasing experience to make renting easy
- 3Serve as the liaison through the application, leasing screening, and move-in process
- 4Encourage prospects to apply and maintain a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- 5Communicate detailed information about communities and apartments to generate interest
- 6Drive sales by highlighting community quality and lifestyle benefits
- 7Develop deep knowledge of rental processes and translate it into successful sales interactions
- 8Collaborate with the onsite team to exceed occupancy goals and maintain property objectives
- 9Monitor leads, qualify prospects, and complete move-in procedures according to policy
- 10Proactively manage CRM tasks and handle leasing requests from existing residents
- 11Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance for any issues
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Associate degree in Customer Service or Hospitality preferred
- 31-2 years of sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- 4Previous leasing experience within multifamily property management preferred
- 5Valid driver's license depending on property location
- 6Demonstrated success in goal setting and following a sales process
- 7Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws and Fair Housing compliance
- 8Strong interpersonal communication skills and professional appearance
- 9Ability to work well with diverse individuals and thrive in a team-oriented setting
- 10Customer-focused mentality and self-motivation
- 11Excellent attention to detail and reliability
