Overview
We seek a detail-oriented Lease Operations Analyst to lead equipment lease transaction processing across direct sales and dealer networks. This role involves reviewing lease documentation analyzing dealer submissions and issuing purchase orders tracking approvals and validating pricing. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and supports sales partners while ensuring compliance and accurate data entry.
What You'll Do11
- 1Review and process lease transactions according to company policies
- 2Analyze dealer-submitted transactions for completeness and accuracy
- 3Issue purchase order approvals within assigned authority limits
- 4Track approvals and signing authorities throughout the transaction lifecycle
- 5Validate pricing equipment values and MSRP requirements based on channel designations
- 6Enter and maintain lease transaction data in company systems
- 7Process lease upgrades buyouts and related modifications
- 8Assist with lease terminations and end-of-term activities
- 9Develop understanding of financing programs and lease structures
- 10Support UCC filing requirements and documentation processes
- 11Monitor pending transactions and collaborate with internal teams dealers and customers to obtain missing information
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting or related field preferred
- 20-2 years of experience in leasing banking financial services loan processing customer service or administrative operations
- 3Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- 4Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel
- 6Positive customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building abilities
- 7Basic understanding of contracts documentation review and business processes
- 8Experience with equipment leasing or commercial finance
- 9Exposure to loan or lease documentation
- 10Knowledge of UCC-1 and UCC-3 filing processes
- 11Familiarity with processing transactions in regulated financial services environments
Salary Insight
$62 - $73k per year
