Leasing Manager Position at RAM Partners LLC

What You'll Do11
- 1Generate traffic and convert at least 30% of leads into leases while maintaining clean property inspections daily.
- 2Process rental applications and schedule move-ins ensuring accurate documentation and lease file preparation.
- 3Handle resident move-outs by applying legal deposit and cancellation fees and preparing disposition paperwork.
- 4Conduct marketing efforts and track results to ensure successful lead generation.
- 5Perform administrative tasks such as recording service requests and scheduling apartment turnkey services.
- 6Assist in lease renewals by completing printouts and contacting residents pre-renewal deadlines.
- 7Maintain financial records by reviewing reports, calculating charges, and collecting rent payments.
- 8Coordinate with maintenance teams and manage daily operational duties including cleaning and facility upkeep.
- 9Serve as on-site manager during Property Manager absence, delegating tasks and leading staff.
- 10Ensure compliance with company policies and local landlord-tenant laws while fostering positive resident relationships.
- 11Deliver comprehensive move-in presentations and prepare all necessary documentation for new tenants.
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of property management experience
- 3Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
- 4CPM® or ARM® certification preferred
- 5High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- 6Experience with tax credits and knowledge of GAA Lease and Addendums
- 7Familiarity with Fair Housing/ADA regulations and OSHA/EPA requirements
- 8Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally
- 9Bi-lingual communication skills may be required
- 10Experience with YARDI® and E Site software systems
- 11Strong mathematical skills for rent calculations and financial reporting
