- 11Prepare move-in packages including keys and passes
- 12Contribute improvement ideas to the Community Manager
- 13Participate in monthly renewal programs to boost retention
- 14Strive for a 30% tour-to-lease conversion rate
Requirements8
- 1High School diploma or GED preferred
- 22-3 years sales experience with 1 year apartment leasing
- 3Customer service orientation with problem-solving mindset
- 4Knowledge of Premier Properties values and service standards
- 5Basic Fair Housing law understanding
- 6Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 7Hands-on experience with Yardis and CRM systems
- 8One year leasing consultant experience preferred
