Overview
Lindy Communities seeks a Leasing Consultant to lead apartment leasing operations in Philadelphia. The role drives revenue through proactive prospecting and client satisfaction while supporting a collaborative team environment.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assist in marketing campaigns to attract new residents
- 2Qualify and lease apartments
- 3Process rental applications and prepare lease documents
- 4Conduct follow-up calls and maintain prospect documentation
- 5Perform market surveys and monitor rent schedules
- 6Support resident retention efforts
- 7Obtain acceptable closing ratios
- 8Take and enter work orders
- 9Manage move-in and move-out procedures
- 10Work weekends on rotating schedule
- 11Perform additional tasks as directed by the Community Director
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with relevant office experience
- 2Real estate license obtained within first six months
- 3Ability to work weekends
- 4Ownership of a vehicle
- 5Strong communication and customer service skills
- 6Experience with residential property management systems
- 7Commitment to teamwork and company success
