Part Time Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist I (Manheim)
Overview
The successful candidate will own vehicle intake and logistics processes at Cox Automotive in Philadelphia. This role involves managing vehicle data entry and transportation operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
What You'll Do11
- 1Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 computer using a handheld computer or provide information via headset to co-worker for data entry for each vehicle received at the Auction
- 2Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle received
- 3Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry
- 4Flag "no key" cars
- 5Direct transporters to proper car drop zone
- 6Report transport damage as needed
- 7Take digital image of vehicle upon receipt
- 8Provide proper sale identification windshield code to the person who is driving vehicle through the registration/check-in area
- 9Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such
- 10Work in cooperation with safety leadership in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence
- 11Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor such as assisting on sale days driving vehicles through Auction sales lanes
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High School Diploma/GED preferred
- 3Safe drivers needed; valid driver`s license required
- 4Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission
- 5Basic computer skills required
- 6Regularly required to stand walk reach talk and hear
- 7Frequently required to stoop kneel crouch bend squat and climb
- 8Ability to lift 1-15 pounds
- 9Vision abilities required include close distance and color vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- 101-3 years of auction and/or vehicle registration experience preferred

$33 - $50k per year
