What You'll Do11

  • 3Report site incidents and emergencies 24/7 basis
  • 4Lead integrated efforts with Maintenance of Equipment Engineering and Passenger Services
  • 5Coordinate investigations with the Trial Office adhering to established procedures
  • 6Improve fare collection techniques and control payroll costs through supervisory collaboration
  • 7Provide coaching and career development for subordinates
  • 8Review staff performance and approve appraisals
  • 9Promote safe work practices and enforce safety policies
  • 10Lead by example and support departmental diversity initiatives
  • 11Perform other assignments as directed by senior management

Requirements11

  • 1Bachelor’s Degree in Business Transportation Computers or related field or HS Diploma plus 10 years transportation experience
  • 2Minimum 1 year seasoned managerial experience with proven ability to manage change
  • 3Valid Driver’s License required
  • 4Expertise in FRA Regulations and crew equipment manipulation knowledge
  • 5Budget responsibility and labor relations experience
  • 6Familiarity with Terminal Emergency Action Plans and regulatory compliance
  • 7Completed mandatory e‑train curriculum Level 1 managers
  • 8Engine Service Conductor certification or willingness to obtain during employment
  • 9Strong analytical decision making and situational leadership skills
  • 10Proficiency with applicable software applications
  • 11Availability for 24‑hour 7‑day weekly operational demands
