What You'll Do9
- 1Lead and mentor a two-person cabling crew during installation phases
- 2Review construction drawings and cable schedules prior to work
- 3Pull high volumes of low-voltage and structured cabling
- 4Route and dress cables neatly through existing pathways
- 5Label and identify cables according to industry standards
- 6Verify installation quality and maintain documentation
- 7Keep work areas organized and safe
- 8Communicate progress and challenges to management
- 9Follow site safety protocols and equipment usage guidelines
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 3 years structured cabling or low-voltage installation experience
- 2Ability to interpret construction drawings and cable schedules
- 3Proven ability to pull route and dress significant cable quantities
- 4Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- 5Reliable transportation to project site
- 6Valid driver's license and background clearance
- 7Background check clearance required
- 8Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
