What You'll Do10

  • 1Recruit, hire, train, and manage project staff to support low voltage installations.

  • 4Monitor project profitability and adjust to meet financial targets.
  • 5Conduct quality assurance inspections on low voltage systems, structured cabling, fiber, and A/V.
  • 6Serve as primary on-site customer contact, resolving issues and maintaining relationships.
  • 7Manage project documentation, including reports, schedules, budgets, and compliance records.
  • 8Implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency across sites.
  • 9Promote workplace safety, ensuring tools, equipment, and vehicles are maintained properly.
  • 10Train teams at other sites and review blueprints to guide installation work.

Requirements8

  • 15+ years leading field crews in low voltage or construction environments.
  • 2Hands-on experience with structured cabling, security, A/V, and fiber optic installations.
  • 3Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • 4Experience training and instructing technical teams in the field.
  • 5Strong background in project documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking.
  • 6Willingness to travel to various sites for training and project support.
  • 7Experience performing quality checks on low voltage and telecommunication systems.
  • 8Solid understanding of construction or data center operations.
