Overview
Lead low voltage projects from field supervision to administrative oversight, with a 50/50 split. You will manage project staff, drive profitability, and ensure quality across structured cabling, fiber optic systems, security, and A/V installations. Your team handles large-scale data center sites, where you serve as the primary customer contact and enforce safety standards. This role offers long-term growth with travel to train teams and shape best practices.

- 8Implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency across sites.
- 9Promote workplace safety, ensuring tools, equipment, and vehicles are maintained properly.
- 10Train teams at other sites and review blueprints to guide installation work.
Requirements8
- 15+ years leading field crews in low voltage or construction environments.
- 2Hands-on experience with structured cabling, security, A/V, and fiber optic installations.
- 3Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- 4Experience training and instructing technical teams in the field.
- 5Strong background in project documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking.
- 6Willingness to travel to various sites for training and project support.
- 7Experience performing quality checks on low voltage and telecommunication systems.
- 8Solid understanding of construction or data center operations.
