You join a hands-on construction crew deploying physical infrastructure with structured cabling and telecommunications systems. The role demands precision with cable pulling, dressing, and termination. You work four 10-hour shifts with one weekend day, earning competitive pay and benefits.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Install servers and network equipment into racks and cabinets.
  • 2Route, pull, and terminate copper and fiber cabling.
  • 3Dress and label cables to data center standards.
  • 4Support structured cabling and telecommunications installations.
  • 5Deploy physical infrastructure, including cable trays and containment.
  • 6Follow safety protocols and keep the work environment clean.
  • 7Coordinate with the team to meet project milestones.
  • 8Document cable pathways and connections.

Requirements7

  • 12+ years hands-on installation in data centers, telecom, or similar.
  • 2Proven ability to pull and terminate copper and fiber cabling.
  • 3Physically fit for cable pulling, lifting, and standing for long shifts.
  • 4Comfortable working in a data center construction environment.
  • 5Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
  • 6Own composite-toe leather boots that cover the ankle; steel-toe boots are not allowed.
  • 7Flexible to work either Saturday or Sunday, not both.
