What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with PQA and Early Childhood Standards of Quality
- 2Collaborate with instructional aides to deliver team-based instruction using GSRP grant policies
- 3Conduct home visits to build family partnerships and assess student progress
- 4Maintain organized classroom environment using effective resource management strategies
- 5Utilize technology for instruction assessments and administrative tasks
- 6Develop individualized learning plans to support diverse student needs
- 7Foster positive classroom culture through respectful interactions and clear expectations
- 8Participate in professional development and contribute to academy-wide policies
- 9Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and accreditation standards
- 10Support enrollment efforts through community outreach and program promotion
- 11Serve as potential Program Director for GSRP classroom responsibilities
Requirements11
- 1Valid Michigan teaching certificate with ZA endorsement or Early Childhood-General and Special Education endorsement
- 2Bachelor's degree in early childhood education with preschool specialization or equivalent experience
- 3Proven experience in early childhood education with demonstrated problem-solving skills
- 4Strong communication abilities for effective parent engagement and team collaboration
- 5Expertise in using technology for instructional delivery and data analysis
- 6Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and abilities
- 7Commitment to continuous professional growth and reflective practice
- 8Experience adhering to regulatory compliance requirements in early childhood settings
