Overview
We seek a caring organized and collaborative GSRP Lead Teacher to deliver high quality preschool experience aligned with Michigan’s Great Start Readiness Program. This role involves creating nurturing developmentally appropriate classroom and partnering with families and staff.
What You'll Do7
- 1Plan and implement daily lessons using approved GSRP curriculum
- 2Provide small group large group and individualized instruction
- 3Complete ongoing child assessments and documentation
- 4Maintain safe positive and inclusive classroom environment
- 5Build strong relationships with families
- 6Collaborate with Associate Teacher and program team
- 7Participate in coaching training and GSRP compliance activities
Requirements3
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development or related field with ZA/ZS endorsement or CDA credentials
- 2Experience in early childhood education preferred
- 3Strong communication and teamwork skills
Salary Insight
$31 - $37k per year
