What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement daily lessons aligned with Michigan early childhood standards

- 5Communicate regularly with families about child development
- 6Prepare classroom materials and support meal/snack logistics

- 9Collaborate with director to ensure program alignment with organizational goals
Requirements5
- 1Valid Michigan teacher certification with ZS or ZA endorsement
- 2Bachelor's degree in early childhood education with pre-k specialization
- 33-5 years of experience working with young children in group settings
- 4Demonstrated ability to create inclusive learning environments
- 5Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement
