- 4Conduct assessments to monitor progress and adjust strategies
- 5Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
- 6Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance

- 8Support social-emotional development through individualized interventions
- 9Participate in IEP meetings and professional development
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading special education initiatives
- 3Valid Michigan Special Education Teaching Certificate with appropriate endorsement
- 4Bachelor`s degree in Special Education or related field
- 5Experience working with students with disabilities in school-based settings
- 6Strong knowledge of IEP development and progress monitoring
- 7Familiarity with educational technology and learning management systems
- 8Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- 9Strong classroom management experience
- 10Ability to adapt instruction across grade levels and disability categories
