Requirements10
- 18+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- 2Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- 3Leadership or mentoring experience
- 4Ability to manage workflow while maintaining personal productivity
- 5Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- 6Pennsylvania State Inspection License preferred
- 7Previous Lead Technician or Shop Foreman experience preferred
- 8Valid driver's license required
- 9Motor vehicle record review necessary
- 10Background screening and drug test eligibility confirmed
