Managing a team of skilled laborers, you drive daily operations from site prep to final finishes, coordinating with clients and project managers to hit deadlines without compromising safety or quality. This role demands a strong hand in pavers, concrete, and irrigation systems, paired with horticultural expertise to integrate plantings into durable designs. You join a fast-moving MAC excavation & landscape team where your decisions directly shape project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Build standout outdoor spaces with The Guy Outdoor Services in Metro Detroit. You will own the installation of trees, shrubs, perennials, and hardscape elements like paver patios and retaining walls.
