What You'll Do9
- 1Install trees, shrubs, perennials, and landscape materials for residential projects.
- 2Assist with grading, drainage, and site preparation to ensure a solid foundation.
- 3Apply mulch, decorative stone, and edging to complete landscape beds.
- 4Install sod and perform lawn renovations for a polished finish.
- 5Build paver patios, walkways, and retaining walls with the installation crew.
- 6Construct ponds and waterfalls, ensuring proper water flow and aesthetics.
- 7Operate hand tools and landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
- 8Maintain clean and organized job sites to uphold company standards.
- 9Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers.
Requirements7
- 11+ year of landscaping or outdoor construction experience.
- 2Capability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- 3Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly.
- 4Reliable transportation to our Warren shop.
- 5Valid driver's license preferred.
- 6Capacity to work effectively as part of a team.
- 7Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Salary Insight
$37 - $46k per year
