Landscape Foreman Stormwater, Outdoor Construction & Maintenance
Overview
Own stormwater infrastructure maintenance on commercial properties at scale and lead a small crew in the field. You will plan, direct, and schedule routine landscaping, maintenance, and light repairs across multiple sites, while ensuring safety and quality. You will work with a team of 2-4 crew members, travel regionally, and report progress through Apex systems. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and lead a crew of 2-4 on-site, enforcing safety regulations and ensuring high-quality stormwater maintenance
- 2Direct planning and scheduling of routine landscaping, maintenance, and light repairs of stormwater infrastructure
- 3Operate landscaping and light construction equipment and maintain the equipment trailer
- 4Prepare reports and document field work using Apex proprietary systems
- 5Travel locally and regionally to client sites 10-15 days per month
Requirements5
- 12-4+ years of experience in manual outdoor labor
- 2Willingness to travel locally and regionally 10-15 days per month
- 3Valid driver`s license and safe driving record
- 4Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
- 5Must meet minimum age 21 for DOT interstate transportation requirements
Salary Insight
$46 - $50k per year
