Overview

Own and coordinate landowner outreach and property data for large infrastructure programs at scale. You will manage records, track milestones, and prepare reporting materials for project teams and executives. Work across real estate, title, legal, and communications professionals to resolve ownership issues and advance acquisitions. This role blends data quality, stakeholder engagement, and program coordination to support successful project delivery.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and maintain landowner outreach plans and acquisition schedules for multiple infrastructure projects
  • 2Prepare weekly and monthly reports and briefing materials that translate complex property data into actionable insights for leadership
  • 3Coordinate with project managers, title professionals, and legal staff to resolve landownership, documentation, and outreach issues
  • 4Track acquisition progress from initial research through settlement, condemnation, or final disposition
  • 5Manage and validate property, parcel, owner, and outreach data across tracking systems and databases
  • 6Create stakeholder communications and materials that clearly explain acquisition status, risks, and next steps
  • 7Attend project meetings, document decisions, and track follow-up actions with data-driven updates
  • 8Conform data standards, perform quality-control reviews, and improve reporting processes
  • 9Maintain organized project files, contact histories, and documentation for auditability
  • 10Support process improvements to streamline landowner engagement and acquisition workflows

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in real estate, data analysis, project coordination, or related field
  • 22–4 years of experience in data analysis, land acquisition, title research, or related areas
  • 3Experience supporting federal, state, or large infrastructure programs preferred
  • 4Strong communication skills and ability to draft landowner correspondence and executive summaries
  • 5Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite including data validation, lookups, pivots, and data reconciliation
  • 6Experience managing project data, trackers, schedules, and outreach records with high accuracy
  • 7Familiarity with real estate records, deeds, title documents, public records, and GIS is a plus
  • 8Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
  • 9Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • 10Attention to detail with a focus on data quality, privacy, and compliance
