Overview
Quorum Data Conversion Landman – Houston TX onsite Land Data Analyst supports large-scale land data conversion initiative in Houston Texas. Fully in-office position reviews organizes maintains land records ensures accurate alignment between legal documents and GIS parcel data.
What You'll Do13
- 1Review alignment maps to identify pipeline assets and associated surface and grantor information
- 2Plot legal descriptions using deed plotting software
- 3Link digital land agreements and supporting documents to appropriate GIS parcel(s) and as-built alignment sheets
- 4Verify accuracy of parcel mapping and ensure land records are properly associated with correct properties
- 5Audit maintain and update land records within company land management system
- 6Verify Grantor/Grantee information recording details legal descriptions tract information affected assets and related provisions
- 7Ensure land records are complete accurate and consistently maintained
- 8Review organize classify land documents including Pipeline easements Deeds Real property leases Permits Ordinances and assignments
- 9Index digital files and link them to appropriate parcels and land assets
- 10Perform quality assurance reviews of digital and physical land files
- 11Conduct basic title reviews to validate ownership and land information
- 12Support data conversion efforts by identifying and resolving inconsistencies across land records
- 13Assist with additional land records projects as assigned
Requirements12
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience working with Quorum On Demand Land or other enterprise land management systems
- 35+ years experience supporting pipeline or utility projects
- 43-5 seasons interpreting and mapping legal descriptions plats alignment sheets and surface ownership information
- 51+ season proficiency in GIS software ESRI products or similar Google Earth deed plotting software or comparable land mapping applications
- 6Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel Word and Outlook
- 7Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- 8Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- 9Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
- 10Effective written and verbal communication skills
- 11Must be able to work on-site in Houston Texas
- 12Preferred experience with enterprise land management systems
