- 1Perform strategic marketing research including competitive analysis price graph comparisons MLS data school district analysis property ownership analysis
- 2Coordinate land books for corporate submissions
- 3Prepare Comparative Market Analyses for prospective land opportunities
- 4Create divisional memos regarding budget surplus overruns new phase development initiatives
- 5Produce preliminary underwriting proformas and financial documentation for each asset
- 6Compile development budgets based on engineering cost estimates
- 7Manage overall project documents including correspondence purchase orders invoices and supporting documentation
- 8Handle trade partner contracts and update land development budgets monthly quarterly
- 9Process change orders and payments for applications and invoices
- 10Work with vendors to obtain insurance requirements before releasing payments
- 11Create and process check requests for entitlements and land development activities
- 12Distribute and track budget reports from NewStar accounting system
- 13Coordinate bond process from request to exoneration
- 14Perform other duties as needed or assigned
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High School diploma or GED required
- 3College degree preferred
- 42 years experience supporting land acquisition land development or homebuilding activities with volume production builder
- 5Strong demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Microsoft Project and online data-based applications
- 6Excellent organizational skills focused on internal and external customer service
- 7Ability to follow-up and handle multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines
- 8Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
- 9Detailed-oriented working well under pressure
- 10Verbal and written communication skills
