What You'll Do9
- 1Prepare and position printed rolls on the primary unwind and back stock for the secondary unwind, ensuring correct alignment for smooth production.
- 2Execute accurate roll placement and prep materials for splicing on both unwinds, maintaining continuous material flow.
- 3Work with the Laminator Operator to hit production goals through clear communication and coordinated actions.
- 4Monitor and maintain adhesive levels so production never stops.
- 5Remove and weigh startup rolls at each job start, recording weights and measurements.
- 6Clean and service NIP rolls during setup and downtime to keep equipment at peak condition.
- 7Perform daily housekeeping to keep the floor clean, safe, and organized.
- 8Weigh and dispose of waste from all unwinds and rewinds, following disposal procedures.
- 9Help speed up changeovers by collaborating with the Laminator Operator and keeping workflow tight.

- 11+ years in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
- 2Demonstrated stable work history.
- 3Basic computer literacy.
- 4Ability to read and use measuring tools.
- 5Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- 6Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
- 7Basic math skills.
- 8Team-oriented with a focus on safety.
- 9Must be 18 years or older.
- 10Pass pre-employment assessment, drug screening, and background check.
- 11Lift and handle objects up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and perform physical tasks like climbing, bending, and stooping.
- 12Wear required PPE (hearing protection, steel-toe shoes, safety glasses).
- 13Forklift certification or ability to obtain it.
- 14Work flexible shifts including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
