What You'll Do11

  • 3Conduct plant inspections and perform laboratory testing per standards
  • 4Analyze test data statistically and generate run charts for reporting
  • 5Serve as dispatcher for daily technician assignments
  • 6Prepare and process reports while adhering to Direct Report procedures
  • 7Perform operational walkthroughs and competency testing of equipment
  • 8Track time records approve technician schedules and monitor billable tests
  • 9Recommend equipment procurement and manage calibration documentation
  • 10Provide training and conduct performance reviews for staff
  • 11Monitor project budgets and track direct expenses using AASHTO protocols

Requirements8

  • 1High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years laboratory testing experience
  • 27‑11 months management experience in technical fields
  • 3Certifications: CPC Card ACI Field Testing Technician Grade 1 ACI Concrete Strength Testing ACI Aggregate Testing
  • 4Valid driver’s license and insurance eligibility
  • 5Strong oral/written communication skills and ability to interpret technical specifications
  • 6Physical stamina to sit stand walk climb and lift up to 70 pounds
  • 7Knowledge of basic mathematics and scientific principles for result analysis
  • 8Ability to work irregular hours and travel to project sites
