What You'll Do11

- 3Conduct plant inspections and perform laboratory testing per standards
- 4Analyze test data statistically and generate run charts for reporting
- 5Serve as dispatcher for daily technician assignments
- 6Prepare and process reports while adhering to Direct Report procedures
- 7Perform operational walkthroughs and competency testing of equipment
- 8Track time records approve technician schedules and monitor billable tests
- 9Recommend equipment procurement and manage calibration documentation
- 10Provide training and conduct performance reviews for staff
- 11Monitor project budgets and track direct expenses using AASHTO protocols
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years laboratory testing experience
- 27‑11 months management experience in technical fields
- 3Certifications: CPC Card ACI Field Testing Technician Grade 1 ACI Concrete Strength Testing ACI Aggregate Testing
- 4Valid driver’s license and insurance eligibility
- 5Strong oral/written communication skills and ability to interpret technical specifications
- 6Physical stamina to sit stand walk climb and lift up to 70 pounds
- 7Knowledge of basic mathematics and scientific principles for result analysis
- 8Ability to work irregular hours and travel to project sites
