- 1Gather, organize, and prepare materials, components, and parts for shipment per work orders and production schedules.
- 2Use a computer and written instructions to kit parts from the paint line onto pallets.
- 3Maintain accurate inventory records, tracking quantities, identifying shortages, and restocking materials.
- 4Inspect materials for quality and compliance, reporting issues to supervisors.
- 5Create prepackaged kits by counting, packaging, labeling, and palletizing materials accurately.
- 6Document kit assembly details, including quantities and contents.
- 7Handle materials safely, loading and unloading items in the warehouse.
- 8Collaborate with production teams to ensure kit availability and minimize delays.
- 9Follow all work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- 10Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities in kit assembly and material flow.
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or GED required.
- 2Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- 3Flexibility to work 10-hour days for a 4–6 month period.
