What You'll Do11
- 1Supervise and lead kitting team to ensure timely accurate kit assembly
- 2Plan organize prioritize daily kitting activities based on production schedules
- 3Monitor workflow to maintain efficiency and optimal labor material utilization
- 4Verify component quantities and packaging accuracy for all kits
- 5Maintain inventory accuracy through control coordination and discrepancy reporting
- 6Ensure compliance with safety policies procedures and OSHA regulations
- 7Train coach and develop team members to enhance performance productivity
- 8Conduct quality checks implement corrective actions as needed
- 9Collaborate with warehouse shipping and production teams to achieve operational goals
- 10Track and report key performance metrics including productivity accuracy and on-time delivery
- 11Assist in process improvements to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
